We are an experienced level (80) Progressive Guild on the Nektulos Server with a good class mix of recent and veteran Everquest players consisting of a substantial number of level 80 mains along with a variety of up and coming primary alts.  We successfully raid frequently and also value our family-like cohesion.

• Maturity, Integrity, and Loyalty are required attributes of all of our members.

• We conduct 4 - 5 Tier 8 raids per week that are scheduled via our website raid events calendar. We currently clear all of T1 and T2 Tier 8 raid zones quickly and easily and are working toward finishing up content in Veeshan's Peak and TSO Raid Zones. YES, a Raid DKP point system is used.

• The Elders encourages in-guild grouping, developing genuine online friendships, need before greed, and treating fellow guildies with respect and generosity.

• We welcome new players, level seventy-five (75) and above, who are capable of meeting our recruitment guidelines, where strength of character and loyalty are valued more than a specific player class.  This is because a good solid high integrity player can always level up a needed class for the guild and then get outfitted with Master spells and gear.  Whereas a poor quality individual who creates excessive drama, or lacks character and loyalty is of little value to the guild regardless of their uber gear or class of character.

• The Elders is governed by a STABLE 5 Years Running Leadership Council consisting of the guild Leaders and Officers who conduct regular officer meetings and monthly guildwide meetings to govern and manage the many events and goals of our thriving guild family.
